My school doesn’t allow are cooks to have a lunch break. My mom is a substitute cook for are county schools and sometimes she will work at my school and basically sometimes she gets calls from 6am-2:15am or 10am-2:15 but she had to only start taking jobs from my school that were 10am-2:15 ones bc she would get off of work starving and she almost passed out bc she couldnt eat the whole day but when it’s only 10 am she can have a massive breakfast and be fine but yea my school doesn’t allow are cooks to have a lunch break.

Neither can be a horrible parent just because they work hard and feels unable to do much when they get home. It sucks for both men and women. What makes one horrible, was how a partner can berate the other, even though they do a lot of the work at home. And what really sucks is the guys are expected to look busy all the time. They can’t sit to watch something or have their own leisure time, even if it’s something that doesn’t benefit the family. Leisure time is there for a reason.

Once I was in the second grade and my mom was going to drop off my sister and I at school when we’re on the freeway (We lived a bit far from the school) all of a sudden 💥 a teenager crashed into the car and spun us around like 3 times, after the car was still he came out running asking us if we were alright and began calling the police and paramedics (my mom had a sore shoulder for a couple of days and my sister and I had a bit of a headache (note if you wear a ponytail and you somehow get slammed into the back of your seat you’re gonna get a headache) as we were being loaded up on the ambulance(I was put in a gurney) I finally saw my dad drove by and he got out of his truck and just stared at us and then he started crying grabbing his head and wiping his tears, he then went back into his truck and followed the ambulance to the hospital my sister and I were given the all clear so we can go school he took us then went back to the hospital because my mom’s shoulder but she was given the all clear and they picked us both up we’re all fine now.

My dad only cried less than 10 times id say. The first is when my dad cried about my brother going into the army. The next after that was about my brother getting diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. Than when my brother passed a year later from the brain cancerm my dad cried multiple times at the small funeral we held. He couldnt be in the room as he was crying to much.

I had a friend who after finding out I was half black (I look pretty white, most ppl think I'm Hispanic.) He started to act really weird around me. Whether it be not responding to texts or randomly canceling on me. One day he called me the hard r like more than I can count in a matter of seconds. (He's fully white btw) he then beat me up a bit, hard enough to give me a nose bleed. Good thing I have REAL friends I can count on that helped me jump his ass. We've never heard from him since.
